4.3 Delivery

4.4 Pricing

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect completed purchases.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

5.1 No Automatic Right of Return

Under EU Consumer Rights law, the right to withdraw from a digital content contract may be waived once digital content delivery has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right to withdraw. By completing your purchase, you give such consent and acknowledge this waiver.

5.2 Exceptions — When We Will Consider a Refund

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive access to the product and we cannot resolve the delivery issue within 5 business days.
• The product was materially and fundamentally different from its description on our website.
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same product.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@thepracticalguides.com within 7 days of purchase, with your order reference number and a clear description of the issue.

5.3 No Refunds For

• Change of mind after download or access.
• "The content didn't work for me" — results depend on individual application, effort, and circumstances entirely beyond our control.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
